Mango Chili, Crème Brûlée, Mbingu
Soma's 34-bar catalog reads like a maker who refuses to pick a lane, and that turns out to be the point.

Scan Soma's archive shelf and the names alone tell a story. A Mini Mango Chili Bar from Thailand sits a few slots from a Brown Butter Rum Bar with no single origin attached, which sits near a Minty Milk Chocolate at 51% cacao, a percentage that pushes milk chocolate further into dark territory than most makers dare. Then there is a Bark Crème Brûlée listed as seasonal, a Mini Orange Creamsicle rooted in Madagascar, and a Mbingu Tanzania 70% that strips everything back to one farm and one number. Nine of the 34 bars have been reviewed so far, averaging 3.56 across the board, with the Minty Milk and the Mini Raspberry both pulling a 4.00. That spread suggests Soma's range is not restlessness for its own sake. The flavored bars hold their own against the single-origins, and the catalog rewards members who move across it rather than staying in one corner.
