Porcelana is a rare white-fleshed cacao variety from Venezuela, and Amedei built a reputation on sourcing it when almost no one else could. This 70% bar has been in the archive since the beginning and has not received a single note. No flavor record, no score, no member has yet put words to it. That is either an oversight or an open invitation, and we think it's the latter.
What the archive needs here is a first voice. Porcelana cacao is known among makers for producing chocolate with low bitterness and a pale, delicate flavor profile, though what that means in this specific bar, at this specific percentage, is exactly what remains to be written. You would be the first to say. The square is waiting, the tasting notes field is empty, and whatever you find there becomes the bar's first record.
